Reflecting on one of our favorite weddings of 2022 was this fairytale wedding in downtown San Diego. This venue is absolutely gorgeous- like stepping back in time with it's timelessness but also modern and classy. This bride wanted whimsy whimsy whimsy and to really compliment the already incredibly beautiful venue. We were so happy with the result with a combination of sage and bright greens with soft and pastel florals and our favorite addition... butterflies! This may be our new favorite wedding to date & pretty soon you will see just why! Overall vibe - TSwift "Lover" takes Downtown San Diego in an array of cheerful PINK & bright color! We combined fuscia, baby pinks, light pinks, pops of creams & whites with lots of texture. The combination transformed the space into a completely unique and one of a kind wedding venue! M I S S I O N A C C O M P L I S H E D! Cassidy & her mom thought of everything & I have to say - we delivered! We brought florals to the trees, to the windmill, to the bar, to the head table and to the guest tables for over 250 guests. After a few revisions, we landed on this combination of pinks which included coral charm peonies, multiple shades of ranunculus & garden roses, pops of pink tulips & blooming jasmine in the personals. Sometimes we come across a couple that has such a strong vision for their style of wedding and this amazing couple were crystal clear about wanting all white flowers and black accents- just perfect. This venue is one of our favorites which overlooks Petco park and most of Downtown. This couple wanted lots of candles and flowers overflowing from their sweetheart table- it was a dream to create and they were honestly a dream to work with! We are so happy for this couple and that their florals came out exactly how they envisioned them! We achieved many of our hefty goals and one of them was to do a wedding at the infamous Hotel Del Coronado. We grew up going to brunch here when we were little, dreaming about what our weddings one day would look like, and it was just an absolute dream come true to finally be able to do a wedding here in the Crown Room. What made this even more fantastic was the incredible couple that allowed us to help their floral dreams come true! This couple wanted classy but tropical- something that would compliment the already beautiful Hotel Del, but also modernize it just a little- and I think we did just that! The bride wanted Tuscany brought to San Diego, and the Rancho Bernardo Inn was the perfect venue for this dreamy Italian wedding. We were able to dream up this aisle last minute which was a show stopper as the Bride walked down it looking as if she was walking through an Italian field of rosemary and herbs to the beautiful arch. This tablescape was one of our favorites to create with the Bride and coordinator- they wanted lemons, lemons, lemons and she wanted it to smell like an Italian herb garden- and we delivered! It smelled amazing with all the different herbs and the pops of yellow really brought the tables to life. Anyone else love this Italian themed wedding? The views cannot be beat and our couple had a vision of how to enhance these incredible views with their wedding florals and we were so glad to bring their dream to life. These florals are romantic and lush with the flowers designed to look like they were just plucked from the mountainside. We are obsessed with this wedding arch, and see this as a huge trend for 2023- what do you think? The La Valencia Hotel is one of our favorite venues in San Diego. With a gorgeous ceremony location overlooking the infamous La Jolla Shores and a one of a kind ballroom it is a total dream. Speaking of dream- this couple was also a dream! Alexis and Barrett and their pup Oski (who has his own instagram) were such a joy to work with! The flowers were the perfect color scheme for this time of year as they were a mixture of sherberts, oranges and brilliant pinks which perfectly matched the La Valencia hotel. Our hexagon arch was the perfect way to incorporate florals to the ceremony space as well as the aisle pieces that were scattered along the aisle. This bouquet was one of our faves as it just worked with the florals and colors that the bride had asked for and gave the perfect bouncy shape. We also got to flower the cutest one there- Oski! We made a lush full flower collar for Oski and he was such a great sport as he happily wore it throughout the ceremony. What is your favorite part of this wedding?

This couple was so amazing- the bride knew what colors she wanted and was totally open to the ideas we had to elevate her florals even more with these high arrangements. Her bouquet looked good enough to eat! We love these bright colors with the contrast of the blue bridesmaid dressed and suits! Take a peek at the cutest little flower girl fairies! Emily wanted a rustic themed wedding with mostly greens, whites and touches of navy to accent the ambiance the venue has to offer. We used ample amounts of Eucalyptus, roses, wild flowers, thistle and of course our favorite anemones:)
