We are passionate about utilizing the best of the best products and have spent time sourcing the most user friendly products. We focus on shop usability, florist comfortability & self care. Its not about buying the most expensive products to us, it's about convenience. Sometimes you have to pay a little more for something to arrive at your door next day & to not have to go out and spend half your day sourcing something.
Flower Shop Necessities
There are some essentials to the shop that we highly recommend. Pictures & links below
1. A good set of sheers is a must. We love the ergonomic handle & unique colors (mine are pink) of these sheers for us. Pink Sheers
2. Microfiber Towels are a must for keeping your shop spik n span. They are also a helpful tool to clean your snapdragons or mums.
3. We use waterproof tape everyday! Weather its to tape our bridal bouquet, lock in our floral foam or create a grid pattern on our vessels. Oasis is the best brand for this!
4. Paper tape is another excellent mechanic used for creating boutonnieres, corsages or bridal bouquets. Just stretch it & it sticks to itself quite easily!
5. We use bind wire for creating wrap bouquets, garlands, affixing our foam cages or arches & more. Bind wire is a must have for any shop!

Staying Organized
Keeping your projects organized is essential to a less stressed out work week. With multiple projects per week, we took a suggestion from our inspiration, Sweet Root Village, and started color coding our projects. Every invoice, document, bucket, vase, hardgood, gets a color & everything gets marked. Its that easy!
1. Sharpie highlighters are & quick and easy way to differentiate our invoices & hardgoods lists.
2. Matching colorful tape for our buckets, vases & boxes make identifying these things easy as well.

Floral Wear
Things we wear in the shop that are game changers!
1. This Carhartt apron was a gift to me almost 5 years ago as I managed a large project and I now use it everyday in the shop. Not only does it keep my clothes clean, but I can store business cards, sheers, tape & even loose stems & greens in these pockets!
2. The mini apron as I like to call it, is perfect for event day. We got these in black to blend in with our event day clothes & keep stems, sheers & more in these pockets!
3. These cute bandanas are perfect for holding your hair back, tying around your neck to protect from the sun & are cute & fashionable!

Last but not least, SELF CARE! I have learned how valuable this is for us event industry friends & think it should be of the utmost importance as we put the needs of our clients & vendors above ourselves nearly every day! These items come highly recommended!
1. You guys... this face ice roller feels SOO GOOD! I use it nearly every morning & it soothes & refreshes me everytime!
2. Rosewater facial spray, not only is it roses, but it is light & misty to my face every day! I love washing my face & spritzing myself with a little morning refresh!
